Ashley Jewelers routinely records the opening of packages and inspections of customers’ jewelry being sent in for service.  We in turn immediately send a video confirmation to you by email with an assessment and estimate of the service needed.  Please check out our video confirmation process to view an actual customer’s package being inspected.
