That means we use our expertise to look closely at things like the thickness of the shank, the proper seat being cut for the gemstone, and appropriate prongs on our jewelry. While there are rarely problems with our jewelry, if there is any question about any piece you buy from us, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We only ask that you return it for repair or necessary replacement within one year for this complimentary service. We understand that sometimes things happen and we want to do everything we can to help you.

Please understand that this policy covers normal wear and tear on jewelry. If we receive the piece and it has been severely damaged or has been worn extremely hard, we will be unable to take care of the repair or replacement free of charge. However, we will still be happy to assist you with the repair or replacement for the needed charge.

There is wear and tear on a piece of jewelry every time you wear it. Therefore, it is a good idea to have all of your jewelry checked at least once a year. By doing this, you will decrease your chances of losing stones, having a link break on a bracelet, or anything else that could happen with your jewelry.
