Shipping Customized Products
Customized products, such as personalized jewelry or items requiring special sizing, are shipped either FedEx 2Day® or USPS® Priority based on shipping address and cannot be expedited. The shipping time will vary depending on the product selected and the customization time needed. The product detail page will better identify the expected delivery date for the customized product you have chosen.

- Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 11:00 a.m. EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii via FedEx 2Day delivery will require 2-3 additional business days for delivery. FedEx Overnight or Saturday delivery is not available.
- Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.
- All FedEx shipments require a street address.
- You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Tracking Your Order
At our distribution center, order tracking links are assigned to packages almost immediately and AshleyJewelers.com will email a tracking number to correspond with your order. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our distribution center and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Orders placed on AshleyJewelers.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find.
- Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during checkout. You will receive e-mails at this address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The Order Status represents where in the process your order exists from the time you place the order to the time it ships from our distribution center. Once your order leaves the distribution center, the package is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx or USPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered.*
