You have the opportunity to see the package containing your jewelry items that you send to us actually being opened and inspected! From the time that the courier such as FedEx or UPS drops off your package to the time you receive your video confirmation is just a matter of minutes.
We place your jewelry item under our 80X digital microscope and film the inspection which determines what needs to be done as well as evaluate your item. This microscope has the ability to take digital photos and video! We will each have this for our records.
You will receive a link by email to log on to a special area of the AshleyJewlers.com website. We will assign a unique username and password for you to use to download these images. In that same email you will receive an estimate of the repair.
